There was an update to RFP Exhibit A on 10 May 2021. RFP Exhibit A was revised to correct the formulas in cell F56 of the Task Order 0001 Price tab, the Sample Task Order A Price tab, and the Sample Task B Price tab of RFP Exhibit A Price Workbook. See attached RFP Exhibit A – Price Workbook Amendment 2 for details. No other changes were made to RFP Exhibit A. Offerors are responsible for ensuring all information and formulas in price proposal files are accurate. _________________________________________________________________________________ RFP Amendment 0001 is issued on 5 May 2021 to answer questions, provide historical labor information, extend the due date and time for receipt of proposals, and revise solicitation documents. This amendment revises RFP provisions to be consistent with the answers to industry questions. PWS Attachment C is amended to specify the required number of key personnel per labor category. RFP Exhibit A is amended to revise formulas in cells K52, O52, S52 and W52 of the “Price Input” tab of the workbook. See attached RFP 47QFPA21R0010 Amendment 0001, RFP 47QFPA21R0010 Questions and Answers and Historical Labor Information, PWS Attachment C_Key Personnel Requirement Summary and Matrix Amendment 1, and RFP Exhibit A–Price Workbook Amendment 1 for details. Amended documents supersede previous versions. The due date and time for receipt of proposals is extended to 17 May 2021 at 11:00 AM Pacific. ____________________________________ On behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of People Analytics (OPA), the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Contracting Division Region 9, hereby issues Solicitation # 47QFPA21R0010, to obtain specialized manpower personnel testing analysis support services. See attached Request for Proposal document and attachments for details. This is an unrestricted, full and open competition, anticipated to result in award of a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The prospective contract will have a three-year base ordering period, followed by a two-year optional ordering period. The contract will also have an option to extend up to six months in accordance with FAR clause 52.217-8. The solicitation and any amendments will be available on https://beta.sam.gov. The incumbent contractor is Human Resources Research Organization, which currently provides services under IDIQ contract # 47QFPA18D0006.
