The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service, Region 9, is releasing this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of People Analytics (OPA). The purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought Announcement is to determine small and large business capabilities to perform the requirements listed herein and obtain other market research information. KEY DATES: RFI Questions/Comments were due 6 November 2020. This noticed was amended to post answers on 12 November 2020. RFI Capability Response Date: 19 November 2020 Responses will allow the Government to conduct an initial review of market capabilities in support of requirements identified in this RFI. This RFI is issued for market research purposes only, and is not meant to imply there will be a follow-on solicitation for this requirement issued by GSA. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement, or any follow-up information requests. This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in a future RFP, if one is issued. Reponses that do not conform to instructions in this RFI, may not be considered. See attached for detailed instructions and a draft Performance Work Statement (PWS).
