Description: On behalf of the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), Office of People Analytics (OPA), Defense Personnel Assessment Center (DPAC), the U.S. General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Contracting Division Region 9, intends to issue a Request for Proposal (47QFPA21K0005), to obtain research and support services. This effort is dedicated to improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and fairness of Federal and DoD level security, suitability, and credentialing (SSC), reliability, counter-insider threat, and other risk management programs. Technical support is required in the following areas: Security, Suitability, and Credentialing (SSC) and Reliability Programs Counter-Insider Threat Programs Workplace Risk Management and Mitigation Data Discovery, Collection, Analysis, Management and Presentation See the attached Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) and Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. The information and requirements in the RFP and PWS are in draft form and are subject to change. GSA intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with a five-year ordering period. The solicitation and any amendments will be available on https://beta.sam.gov by searching contract opportunities.
