The action was to increase the contract ceiling of 47QFPA18D0004, the single-award firm-fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract covering Analytical Support for Office of People Analytics (OPA), to meet the minimum continuing need of the Federal Government. OPA requires continuous services through various task orders to support its data analytics mission. Subordinate task orders have required integration of: Project Management Support; Research, Sample and Survey Design Support; Assistance with Data and Analysis; Programming and Subject Matter Expertise; Outreach, Distribution, and Training; Quality Assurance and Tracking; and Technical Support and Maintenance.
