Substitutions cannot be accepted. Please read and follow all instructions provided in the RFQ letter and 2 attachments (Pricing Spreadsheet and Brand Name Justification). Any quotes received without the required documentation may be considered unacceptable and excluded from evaluation. Submissions must include the follow in accordance with the RFQ instructions: 1. Pricing sheet in the format provided with all highlighted fields filled out in BOTH tabs - see paragraph 3.2 of the RFQ letter. Quotes for subsets of the items will be accepted by all applicable information for those items must be provided. 2. Technical volume to include all information outlined in paragraph 3.1 of the RFQ letter. Responses to this RFQ must be submitted via email to Laura.Farren@gsa.gov and Victoria.Howland@gsa.gov.
