This is a brand name equipment - no substitutions will be considered. This requirement is set-aside for small businesses only. Submissions must be fully compliant to all instructions in the attached RFQ letter. Failure to follow all instructions in the RFQ letter could result in your submission being excluded from evaluation. Submissions must include the following in accordance with the RFQ instructions: 1. Technical Volume containing information outlined in paragraph 3.1 of the RFQ letter. 2. Pricing Submission containing information outlined in paragraph 3.2 of the RFQ letter. Submission must be in the excel format provided in Attachment 1*. All highlighted fields in BOTH tabs must be filled out. 3. C-SCRM Questionaire in accordance with paragraph 3.3 of the RFQ letter. Submission must be in the excel format provided in Attachment 2*. *Offerors shall not add/delete/edit any of the formatting, formulas, etc. in the spreadsheets. Quotes must be submitted via email to Laura.Farren@gsa.gov and Victoria. Howland@gsa.gov. Submission of a quote in response to this posting indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined in the RFQ letter.
