This is a revision to the RFQ previously posted under the following: Title: RFQ for PM-PI J3 SOJTF IE (various brand name items) Notice ID: 47QFNA23Q0160 This revision is due to a change in requirements by the end user (removal of items and change to quantities of remaining items). Changes are denoted in red text in the attached RFQ letter. If you previously bid on the RFQ listed above, you must provide an updated quote in order to be considered for evaluation. Any previous quotes will not be considered for evaluation under the revised RFQ. Please read and follow all instructions provided in the RFQ letter and below. Failure to do so could result in your submission being excluded from evaluation. This is Revision 1 of a Request For Quote (RFQ) to purchase Eagle Industries, TYR Tactical, Tactical Tailor, Blue Force Gear, Mystery Ranch, Oakley and Gatorz items. Please review all three attachments which include the RFQ letter, Attachment 1 Price Spreadsheet, and Attachment 2 Brand Name Justification. The provided Price Spreadsheet must be used to submit an acceptable quote. In your response on the Price Spreadsheet, please fill out the “GSA Contract or Open Market Column” to indicate which item(s) your company is able to provide, under which MAS schedule numbers available or open market. If any item is on a vendor’s GSA Schedule, pricing submitted as part of the quote must be at or below the vendor’s GSA Schedule pricing for that item. Submissions must include the following in accordance the RFQ instructions: 1. Pricing sheet in the format provided; 2. Technical volume to include warranty information. Any quotes received without the required documentation IAW the RFQ instructions may be considered unacceptable and not evaluated. Quotes for only a subset of the items will be accepted.
