The quantities in Attachment 1 have been updated to better align with the client's needs. If you previously provided a quote to this requirement, you must submit an updated quote based on the revised quantities to be considered for evaluation of this requirement. Submissions must include Attachment 1 Pricing Sheet (fully filled out and submitted in Excel format) and Technical Volume in accordance with the RFQ instructions. Failure to submit the required documents in the request format and follow all instructions in the RFQ letter may result in an unacceptable quote that will not be further evaluated. In your response on the Price Spreadsheet, please fill out the “GSA Contract or Open Market” Column to indicate which item(s) your company is able to provide, under which MAS schedule numbers available or open market. If any item is on a vendor’s GSA Schedule, pricing submitted as part of the quote must be at or below the vendor’s GSA Schedule pricing for that item. Please be sure to include a proposal validility date in the pricing spreadsheet as well. Responses to this RFQ must be submitted via email laura.farren@gsa.gov and victoria.howland@gsa.gov.
