This is an amedment to the Attachment A Catalog, Equipment list for the above referenced solicitation The purpose of this solicitation is to provide COTS CBRND, analytics/response/situational awareness/decontamination equipment, and other equipment that detects, identifies, monitors, and protects individuals from the effects of CBRN, other contamination, or devices and enhances their capability to assess, detect, identify and mitigate at a CBRN, WMD, natural or manmade incident/event from the commodity areas described in Attachment A (equipment catalog) and training on the use of this equipment.
