This Limited Source Justification is to support a BTO on a sole-source basis to the current incumbent contractor, IMC (47QFCA19F0038) to continue the ARNG NGB NCR NEC’s bona fide need for IT services supporting 34,000 end-users, 4,000 end-user devices, dozens of virtual and physical servers, over 100 networking devices, 10 network storage devices, 75 Video Teleconference (VTC) systems, 4,400 telephone handsets, approximately 150 Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), and over 1,000 wireless devices, in multiple locations. This anticipated BTO consists of an initial three (3) month base period with three (3) subsequent 1-month option periods that, if determined necessary, may be awarded to extend the period of performance for a total of three (3) months. This justification is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B) – Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized.
