The objective of this requirement is to manage and support the operation, maintenance, versioning and upgrade of the Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS) throughout its entire lifecycle. The scope includes the operations, sustainment, and maintenance of the following DoD and non-DoD Components: DoD – Air Force, Army, Navy, Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), and National Guard (NG) and Non-DoD – agencies are the Executive Office of the President (EOP) and the United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM).
