The action being approved is solicitation and award of a bridge task order on a sole source basis to Deloitte Consulting LLP under GSA Alliant 2 Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) 47QTCK18D0029. The award will consist of an approximate 9-month base period of performance that will begin on 03 August 2023 and end on 30 April 2024. It is anticipated that this bridge task order will be awarded on a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) basis. The Government will solicit only Deloitte Consulting LLP (Deloitte) for its technical expertise in direct support of the DMDC Information Technology (IT) Operations (ITOPS) division. ITOPS serves as the DMDC IT Director’s agent for implementation and sustainment of information systems and infrastructure used to accomplish DMDC’s mission. The DMDC ITOPS division provides IT service management support for information systems located at DMDC enterprise sites, DoD data centers, and Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) located at off-site facilities.
