A sole-source contract action to issue a modification to extend this BPA Order for two (2) months with an option for a third additional month in order to continue providing personnel and management necessary to support planning, designing, sustaining, developing, and implementing Law Enforcement Support Services programs and systems. This justification is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B)-Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized. The purpose of the modification was the following: Extend the Period of Performance for three months from 18 July 2025 to 17 October 2025. Prevent lapse of this critical service while providing the Government the necessary time to award the follow-on competitive Order. No change in scope
