The products and services being purchased include DMDC's Worldwide Hardware Software Integration and Maintenance Support (WWHWSW) which includes hardware (HW), software (SW), maintenance, and integration services for mission critical enterprise information technology (IT) systems, including the Real-time Automated Idenification Systems (RAPIDS), Defense Biometrics Identifiecation Systems (DBIDS), the Noncombatant Tracking/Emergency Tracking Accountability Systems (NTS/ETAS), and the Joint Asset Movement Management System (JAMMS) on a global scale. Services include intereaction wit the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies worldwide to ensure operational effectiveness of programs and applications across the DMDC enterprise. This justification for an exclusion of fair opportunity covers an extension of the period of perforamnce that will allow for an uninterrupted continuation of services with a transition-out period to a successor following award of the subsquent task order.
