This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION(RFI)/ SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE (SSN) to determine the availability and technical capability of contractors on various vehicles to provide the required turnkey solution. USSOCOM is conducting market research to determine industry capabilities for obtaining modular office buildings and latrines to be installed at Pope AAF, NC. This is a Request for Information/ Sources Sought Notice (RFI/SSN) only and not a solicitation for award. The primary purpose of this announcement is to identify potential sources, product offerings, availability and/or challenges to procuring and obtaining modular offices and latrines. The Offeror shall provide all coordination, design, plant, labor, transportation, equipment, tools, and materials to furnish and install a turnkey temperature-controlled modular office workspace with latrines. The Offeror will provide a solution that includes flooring system; trim; acoustical ceiling system, electrical; lighting; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning equipment (HVAC); fire alarm and suppression system; and intrusion detection systems (IDS). On behalf of USSOCOM, GSA is seeking information from potential sources for providing a turnkey modular facility & installation at Pope AAF, NC.
