The National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) is the Department of Defense’s (DoD) primary source for foreign air and space threats. NASIC produces integrated predictive intelligence in the air, space, and cyberspace domains enabling military operations, force modernization, and national policymaking. NASIC requires the operation and maintenance of a special Library. The Library will identify, acquire, organize, and distribute information in English and several other languages. This requirement includes maintenance of the Library’s permanent collection of materials, providing Library reference and research services, limited translation services, providing Library technical services support, development of the Library’s collection to satisfy client information requirements, acquisition of materials for participating client libraries, distribution of materials and information to customers, maintenance of the Library’s catalog, and maintenance of the Library’s website. The Library will also be responsible for acquisition of digital subscription for access by single individuals or multiple individuals and clients. The General Services Administration 2600 Paramount Place Room 180 Fairborn, Ohio 45324, intends to issue a hybrid firm-fixed price with cost-reimbursable ODCs contract for NASIC Library Support Services. Anticipated award date is 29 September 2021. The resultant contract will be a hybrid Firm Fixed Price with cost-reimbursable ODCs contract with a base year plus four (4) one-year option periods as outlined below: Base Year: 29 Sep 2021-28 Sep 2022 Option Year 1: 29 Sep 2022-28 Sep 2023 Option Year 2: 29 Sep 2023-28 Sep 2024 Option Year 3: 29 Sep 2024-28 Sep 2025 Option Year 4: 29 Sep 2025-28 Sep 2026 Oral requests will not be accepted. Responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
