This acquisition will provide mission-oriented business process support to assist USSOUTHCOM in ensuring the Joint Operations Center (JOC), and Crisis Action Center (CAC). When activated for real world contingencies, exercises or other required events, the JOC and CAC must be able to maintain a 24/7 comprehensive situational awareness (SA) by fusing the Global Command and Control System-Joint (GCCS-J), Agile Client, Joint Command and Control Common User Interface (JC2CUI), multiple internal and external data sources, and leadership input into an aggregated SA picture.
