This LSJ authorizes and approves the establishment of a noncompetitive logical follow-on blanket purchase agreement (BPA) against Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract # GS-35F-0489V for the continuation of support services needed by the Air Force Leadership Development Program (AFLDP). This single-award BPA will be awarded to BAM Technologies LLC (BAM). The Air Force (AF) decided to create a new contract solution to obtain the services needed; however, this new contract solution has been delayed by internal AF actions. This new contract solution will not be in place until mid to late 2024. Therefore GSA has established a single award BPA with a duration of a one-year base, with two one-year options. The BPA will provide the AF with maximum bandwidth to transition the BPA orders to its internal AF contract solution, or give the AF additional coverage should it receive a protest of its internal solution. **This notice is posted upon transfer of internal administrative offices, and done so in efforts to rectify, and preserve accuracy and tranparency to the acquisition process.
