This requirement includes maintenance, customer service, and training services support, to the ANGRC campus and alternate locations. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the ongoing availability and effectiveness of ANGRC IT Help Desk services to the end users across the campus. This requirement encompasses support of services in the event of a Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation or exercise. Locally and remotely, the services align to the network services associated with the Non-Classified Internet Protocol Network (NIPRNet) and the Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) system. The services needed provide the continued uninterrupted support necessary to sustain this mission critical Air National Guard support. This requirement includes maintenance, customer service, and training services support, to the ANGRC campus and alternate locations. The contractor is responsible for ensuring the ongoing availability and effectiveness of ANGRC IT Help Desk services to the end users across the campus. This requirement encompasses support of services in the event of a Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation or exercise. This task order modification is being executed to incorporate the FAR Clause 52.217-8, “Option to Extend Services” into this task order. This clause will allow up to a 6-month extension in order for GSA to continue with their acquisition strategy to make a timely award, which is projected to be awarded by 25 July 2024. With the 25 July 2024 projected award date, GSA intends to only fund the first two (2) months of the six (6) months available via the 52.217-8 clause.
