This is a Request for Information for a tentative requirement to provide assessments, repair, refurbishment and/or replacement of chapel and religious education facility furniture and religious equipment as further defined in Attachment “A” the Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). Work shall be performed in approximately 300 designated US Army, US Army Reserve and US Army National Guard active Chapels and religious education facilities identified in Attachments “B” & “C”. The Draft PWS describes only the currently contemplated possible scope of services and may vary from the work scope in a final PWS included in any Request for Proposals (RFP). As part of its market research, GSA on behalf of the Department of the Army Chaplain Corps (DACH) is issuing this RFI to determine: (i) the most suitable approach to acquiring the facility and equipment support as described in the attached Draft PWS; (ii) if there are an adequate number of qualified interested vendors capable of providing the facility and equipment support as further described in the attached Draft PWS; and (iii) whether the requirement is suitable for a small business set-aside. *UPDATE* The purpose of this modification is to hereby extend the closing date of this RFI from: April 6, 2020 12PM EDT To: April 10, 2020 4PM EDT.
