This is a GSA/NCR/FAS Sources Sought Request to determine the availability of potential sources who can potentially supply the Government with the services specified in the draft Statement of Work. The purpose of this requirement is to secure services of a Contractor to ensure that the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) care providers comply with ORR’s zero tolerance regulation and policy against all forms of sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and inappropriate sexual behavior. Specifically, these services will measure ORR’s care provider’s compliance with the Standards to Prevent, Detect, and Respond to Sexual Abuse and Sexual Harassment Involving UAC Interim Final Rule (IFR) and ORR’s Preventing, Detecting, and Responding to Sexual Abuse and Harassment policy.
