GSA AAS, in support of the U.S. Army INSCOM’s Army OSINT Office, proposes the award of a sole source cost-plus-award-fee (CPAF) Task Order (TO) to provide professional services in the areas of OSINT collection, exploitation, and dissemination; OSINT training; OSINT capability management; and OSINT readiness. The proposed TO will be awarded against the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Unrestricted Pool 1 contract. The proposed TO will be awarded no later than January 31, 2025. This sole source effort will allow for mission essential activities to continue once the current INSCOM AOC TO (47QFCA19F0040) ends on January 31, 2025.
