This is a pre-solicitation notice, that the General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) intends to hold Due Diligence sessions with Industry Partners (IPs) for the Submarine Workforce and Industrial Base (SWIB) Project. The purpose of this project is to address challenges of workforce development within the Submarine Industrial Base (SIB) by seeking a Enterprise Integration Partner (EIP) that will identify, develop, and deliver holistic solutions to regional and broader SIB workforce and industrial base challenges. Due Diligence Sessions will be held on October 4, 2023 and October 5, 2023. Attached to this announcement is an Invitation to Virtual Due Diligence document that provides additional information and also how to request a session.
