This is a special notice of solicitation release issued by the General ServicesAdministration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Services (FAS) Federal SystemsIntegration and Management Center (FEDSIM) on behalf of a U.S. Government Agency (the Agency). The Agency has a requirement for managed services including the secure storage, management, and distribution of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals at a single site, “Site A.” The Site A geographic location will be disclosed and solicitation released to prospective offerors that agree, in writing, to keep confidential that location, the Agency’s identity, and other sensitive information. Prospective offerors desiring that information should complete and return the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached Solicitation Cover Letter.

This is an advance notice that the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) Federal Systems Integration and Management Center (FEDSIM) intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) in late January 2023 on behalf of a U.S. Government Agency (the Agency). The Agency is considering a requirement for managed services including the secure storage, management, and distribution of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals at a single site, “Site A.” The Site A advance notice, which includes DRAFT Sections C and H, and supporting documents, will be disclosed to prospective offerors that agree, in writing, to keep confidential the Agency’s identity and other sensitive information regarding requirements. Prospective offerors desiring such information should complete and return the attached Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with the instructions in the advance notice letter attached.
