This Sole Source effort will be awarded as a new Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Sesame Workshop for Sesame Street for Military Families (SS4MF) program support. This acquisiton for continued services includes continued use of Sesame Street characters for brand recognition, expanding web and mobile app content, executing an annual promotional campaign for the SS4MF program product portfolio, technical support (e.g., maintenance, upgrades) and sustainment of the existing mobile app(s) mobile gateway and website, and the implementation of an outcome study or needs assessment.
