The purpose of this sole source justification is to provide a 12-month contract to Parsons Government Services for the J6 - C4 Systems and Chief Information Officer (J6) and J9 – Command Acquisition and Technology Directorates (J9) within USCYBERCOM with research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E), engineering, IT, and professional services that meet dynamic C4 and CD requirements. The services include the following tasks: Task 1: Provide Task Order Project Management. Task 2: Provide Capability Management, Development, and Testing Support. Task 3: Provide Information Technology/Communications (IT/COMMS) Services. Task 4: Provide Web Development Support. Task 5: Provide IT Service Desk Support. Task 6: Provide System Engineering Support. Task 7: Provide Cybersecurity Support. Task 8: Provide Strategy, Policy, and Doctrine Development Support. Task 9: Provide Business Area Services Support.
