The purpose of this TO is to provide MC&FP with services that sustain and enhance IT infrastructure and employ user-centered design principles, Agile development methodologies, and evidence-based research to transform the Military OneSource website, while developing and deploying a suite of online resources, applications, and tools. In addition, services provided shall assist MC&FP with innovative outreach and engagement techniques, to new and existing users, as well as with developing content and providing operations and maintenance of the hosting environment and existing applications. The services provided under this TO shall enable a continued transformation of the delivery of Military OneSource information and provide resources and services into a digital hub for service member, family member, and service provider information.
