This includes reviewing, assessing, defining, and resolving technical, or supportability deficiencies revealed in fielded systems, products, and materials. It also includes an effective and efficient transition from remaining Legacy subsystem baselines to the new Open Architecture (OA) DCGS baseline to continue to meet operational availability requirements and eliminate any support gaps while systematically reducing overall sustainment demand.
