This requirement is in accordance with the Methods for Surveying Marbled Murrelets in Forests: Revised Protocol for Land Management and Research, dated 6 January 2003. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) on behalf of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) for a Single Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) commercial services contract for Marbled Murrelet Surveys, located in the Northwest Oregon District area of responsibility which includes the following BLM field offices: Mary’s Peak, Tillamook, and Siuslaw. The anticipated period of performance (POP) is 12 months from date of award with four (4) subsequent annual option periods. It is projected that an award will be made not later than 1 March 2022. A single award will be made based on Best Value Tradeoff evaluation criteria.

This requirement is in accordance with the Methods for Surveying Marbled Murrelets in Forests: Revised Protocol for Land Management and Research, dated 6 January 2003. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
