*** The purpose of this post-closing amendment is to 1) add the new clause Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.223-99, Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (OCT 2021... *** The purpose of this post-closing amendment is to 1) add the new clause Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.223-99, Ensuring Adequate COVID-19 Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors (OCT 2021) (Deviation), to implement Executive Order 14042 and 2) correct the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code from 423610 (Electrical Apparatus and Equipment, Wiring Supplies, and Related Equipment Merchant Wholesalers) to 441310 (Automotive Parts and Accessories Stores). This is an administrative correction of the NAICS code number only as both 423610 and 441310 have the same small business size standard of 500 employees. No part of the vehicle outfitting requirement itself is changing. *** The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Northwest Oregon District has a need for a Contractor to retrofit two BLM-provided 2021 Ford F150 vehicles with law enforcement equipment. The vehicles will be used by the U.S. Forest Service to continue its mission in the Northwest Oregon region. The equipment being installed ranges from communication (e.g., radio, antennas, loud speakers) to visual (e.g., emergency lights, infrared lights, lightbars) equipment. BLM requires that the Contractor install both Government-furnished and Contractor-furnished equipment.
