GSA Region 10 in support of the Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) has a requirement for HW, SW, including associated installation and configuration services, for an AURA upgrade of the current AVAYA telephone system located at NMCP Portsmouth, VA. The system currently has approximately 10,000 users. The upgrade shall be performed on-site and be accomplished within 6 months. The Government will also require the services of a full-time on-site AVAYA certified technician for a period of 6 months after final installation and acceptance. Due to the proprietary nature of the requirement, a significant amount of the HW/SW for this upgrade shall be specific to the AVAYA brand name. The acquisition will be solicited as a FAR Part 12 and 13, Commercial Acquisition, 100% small business set-aside, NAICS Code 541519 with a size standard of 30M. The contract type will be firm fixed price. Only AVAYA Diamond certified Small Business Federal Partners will be allowed to submit a proposal for this acquisition.
