SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-5(b)(5), HUBZone, for Symphony Dynamic software licenses. No resellers or distributors are authorized. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 511210; the small business size standard is $38,500,000. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, and 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is 47QFAA19K0015, Order ID10190009. No Standard Form 1449 will be posted. The provisions and clauses incorporated herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-01, effective January 22, 2019.
