Contracto... This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued utilizing the procedures authorized under FAR 13.5 and applicable supplements. By submission of a quote, the contractor agrees to all RFQ requirements. Contractor shall clearly identify any non-material exceptions to the notice terms and conditions and provide complete accompanying rationale. A quote that takes exception to any of the material terms and conditions will be considered unacceptable and will not be awarded. The resultant single award task order will be issued by the General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Service, Region 5 Contracting Division on behalf of the Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE). This notice is not authorization to begin performance and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the contractor for this requirement. The Government reserves the right not to award an order as a result of this notice. Quotes for this requirement are only being solicited Deltek, Inc. A Sole Source Justification has been approved by the Contracting Officer. Please see the attached Solicitation Instructions for additional information.
