The GSA has awarded a sole-source, logical follow-on contract for FY26 ICAM HSPD-12 Branch Program Support Services to Deloitte Consulting LLP. The contract ensures uninterrupted Identity, Credential, and Access Management operations and HSPD-12 federal compliance. The specialized active vetting infrastructure and credentialing lifecycles require continuous, highly technical support. Awarding to an alternative source would have introduced unacceptable security delays and substantial duplication of costs not recoverable through competition.
