SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 - On February 8th, 2024, the Solicitation was amended to incorporate the "Request for Information Governmental Response 2024 02 08". The contractor shall not request, nor will the Government make, payments for any preliminary measurement, quotes, bids, site visit, time or proposal cost incurred. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561612, and the applicable PSC is S206. This acquisition will be made as a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14), with a size standard of $29.0 million. Please see the attached Statement of Work for a description of the required services and source requirements. Also see the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document for quote submission instrutions, estimated Period of Performance, applicable clauses and provisions, and other information pertaining to this acquisition. This contract will be Firm-Fixed Price per the Contract Line Item Number structure outlined in Attachment 5 - Pricing Schedule.
