As a result of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building Modernization and West Wing Project, GSA White House Service Center employees have been displaced from their designated parking spaces at the White House Complex. Any parking that was once designated for White House Service Center employees has been assumed by the Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration. The GSA White House Service Center operates 24/7 and provides operational and maintenance support to the White House Complex. The need for 24/7 access and twenty-five secure parking spaces is required for the number of staff who support mission critical operations at The White House. This procurement will be solicited to only one source, per FAR 6.302-1.
