THE SOLICITATION HAS BEEN AMENDED 0001: Amendment No, 0001 is hereby issued to Solicitation 47PM0924R0048 for the Dining Services for the Internal Revenue Service located at the New Carrollton Federal Building located at: 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham Maryland 20706 for corrections of areas that were not filled in. All other terms and condition of the solicitation will remain unchanged. End of Amendment No. 1 Note: Prospective contractor must acknowledge receipt of this Amendment, and provide a signed copy when submitting proposal. Original Announcement: GSA is seeking a potential contractor for the Cafeteria Services to establish and operate in the Contractor's name; the food service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Government, in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in attached solicitation package. This will be a No Cost Base Year five (5) year Contract with two (2) Option Years of five years. These services are to be performed at the: Internal Revenue Service New Carrollton Federal Building, 5000 Ellin Road, Lanham, MD 20706. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, June 26, 2024, at 10:00 AM in the Cafeteria. Further information regarding the Pre-Bid Conference is located on page 7 of the solicitation.
