If your proposal is over 100 pages, you will be disqualified. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Original Announcement issued on August 9, 2023 GSA is seeking a potential contractor for the Dining Services at the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) to establish and operate in the Contractor's name; the food service facilities for the purpose of dispensing food, nonalcoholic beverages and such other items as may be authorized by the Government, in accordance with all terms and conditions specified in attached solicitation package. This will be a No Cost (5) year Base Contract with two (2) Option Years of five years, totalling 15 years. These services are to be performed at the: United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), located at: 600 Dulaney Street Alexandria, VA 22314. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Further information regarding the Pre-Bid Conference is located on page 7 of the solicitation.
