Site Visits will enable Offerors to examine site conditions. Site Visits will be offered over a two day period according to the following schedule: Tuesday, March 12, 2019 & Wednesday, March 13, 2019 by 10:00am EST., Offerors shall submit the name, and employer of each Site Visit participant, not to exceed two per site visit to Jamie L Morton, Contracting Officer, at jamie.morton@gsa.gov. Interested firms must notify Jamie L Morton via email at jamie.morton@gsa.gov by Wednesday, March 6, 2019 before 11:00am EST. of the representatives attending site visit. No more than two (2) representatives per firm can attend. PLEASE NOTE: This is not a mandatory site visit. Offerors shall coordinate with the designated Government representative regarding parking, security screening, and any other such details and requirements. Said representative shall be assigned at a later date; Offerors will be notified. Offerors shall wear steel closed-toe shoes and full-length pants during the Site Visit; loose fitting clothing (e.g., ties, scarves) is prohibited
