Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Contract for Nightly Detail Cleaning & Disinfecting for COVID-19 and NRCC Activation Services located at 400 and 500 C Street SW, Washington, DC 20024 with a period of performance of October 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. The intended source will be the Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, Inc. The contract will provide for the following services: The services include nightly detail cleaning & disinfecting for COVID-19 services and National Response Command Center (NRCC) Activation services at the two FEMA buildings.
