Update on 2/26/2024: Amendment 001 - A list of contractor submitted questions and answers, along with applicable attachments, have been added to this solicitation (Attachments 5-9). Date of offers due remains unchanged. This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is being solicited as full and open competition under NAICS 561621 and PSC N063. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, Published December 22, 2023. Description of Requirement: DHS ICE requires the Security Contractor to procure, install, configure, program, test, document, maintain components and installation work through the warranty period and train personnel on a turn- key Electronic Security Systems (ESS) IAW the attached Statement of Work. The ESS sub-systems shall include but may not be limited to: (1) Physical Access Control System (PACS) (2) Intrusion Detection System (IDS) (3) Video Surveillance System (VSS) (4) Video Intercom System This is a firm fixed price lowest price technically acceptable procurement. Award will be made to the quote that offers the best value to the Government based on the offeror’s price and technical acceptability. This solicitation package includes two (2) Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) documents that will require the vendor to request access. The solicitation is available 1/25/2024 and can be downloaded through the System for Award Management (SAM) (sam.gov) website.
