LOCATION: Anchorage, AK General Information The General Services Administration is seeking qualified firms interested in the requirement to move the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) from the Michael Building, located at 620 E 10th Avenue, Anchorage AK to the U.S. Federal Building & James M. Fitzgerald U.S. Courthouse is located at 222 W. 7Th Avenue Anchorage, AK. This procurement will be advertised under North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 484210 - Used Household & Office Goods Moving. The small business size standard for NAICS code 484210 is $34M in average annual receipts over the past three (3) years. Scope Summary The primary objective of this project is to move United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) items from its current location to its new location with minimum disruptions to USCIS’s operations. USCIS is currently located in the Michael Building, 620 E 10th Avenue, Anchorage, AK. An ongoing construction project will build-out space in the Anchorage Federal Building (AFB), 222 W 7th Avenue in Anchorage, AK, for the agency to relocate before the current lease expiration date in February 2024. USCIS will occupy (10,125) square feet on the 1st floor of the AFB. These locations are a driving distance of 0.7 miles. Responses Qualified Interested Small Business vendors shall submit their completed proposals per the instructions located in the 47PL0124Q0011 Solicitation Package. Proposals shall be sent in Electronically Only to the Contracting Officer at colleen.butler@gsa.gov. Responses shall be emailed not later than the date specified in this solicitation notice. Response Date: Tuesday, March 14, 2024, 2:00 PM (PDST) All interested vendors are required to respond to this solicitation notice via email not later than 2:00 p.m. (PDST), Thursday March 14, 2022. PPI (Pre-proposal Inquiries) cut-off is Thursday, March 1, 2024 at 2:00 PM (PST). All inquiries must be forwarded to the Contracting Officer, at colleen.butler@gsa.gov.
