Each project will be evaluated and awarded separately. Awards resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price. CLIN 0001 – JFB Fire Alarm Strobe CLIN 0002 & 0003 – JFB USMS Command Center Outlets FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for each project is less than $25,000.00. SITE VISIT: A single site visit is being scheduled. The Site Visit is scheduled for Wednesday May 27, 2020. See section I.E of The Solicitation for requirements of attendance. SBU: Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU), as referenced in the Scope of Work - Attachments, can be obtained from the Contract Officer. See section III.H. of The Agreement document.
