This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside only under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Industrial Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. All work under this contract will be performed at Point Roberts Land Port of Entry (LPOE), 50 Tyee Dr. Point Roberts, WA 98281. A Site Visit will be conducted on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 11:00AM (PDT). Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Friday, November 15, 2019 at 1PM (PST), and completing contract performance is 90 calendar days after Notice of Proceed (NTP).
