END OF AMENDMENT No. AMEND 001 SOLICITATION NOTICE Posted 6/18/2019 Simplified Acquisition Construction Solicitation for: Courtroom Space Release in the Ketchikan, Alaska Federal Building The General Services Administration (GSA) is setting aside the solicitation and subsequent contract under FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached. Liquidated Damages are not applicable to the contract resulting from this solicitation. A Bid Guarantee is not required. The Solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) drawing. See attachment titled "SBU & Fitness Determination Policy and Procedure", pages 1-7 for information regarding SBU documents and instructions to obtain SBU drawing. FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections is applicable. Payment protection is required within 10 days after contract award. Acceptable forms of payment protection are Payment Bond and Irrevocable Letter of Credit One Site Visit is scheduled for July 9, 2019 at 2:00 PM. See Solicitation document pages 5-6 for more information and attendance requirements regarding the site visit.
