END of AMENDMENT No: AMEND 001 SOLICITATION NOTICE Posted 6/18/2019 Construction Solicitation for: US Coast Guard Regional Exam Center Tenant Improvements (Design/Build) in the Juneau, Alaska Federal Building The General Services Administration (GSA) is setting aside the solicitation and subsequent contract under FAR 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside US Department of Labor, Construction Wage Determination is applicable and is attached. Liquidated Damages are not applicable to the contract resulting from this solicitation. The Solicitation includes Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) drawings. See attachment titled "SBU & Fitness Determination Policy and Procedure", pages 1-7 for information regarding SBU documents and instructions to obtain SBU drawings. FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee applies. The amount of the bid guarantee shall be 20% of the bid price. FAR 52.228-15, Performance and Payment Bonds Construction is applicable. Bonds are required 10 days after the contract is awarded. One Site Visit is scheduled for July 8, 2019 at 2:00 PM. See Solicitation document pages 5-6 for more information and attendance requirements regarding the site visit.
