Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No.: 47PL0119R0022 GSA has a requirement for construction services to refresh Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regional Administrator's (RA) suite & design and build-out storage room walls located in the FAA Space in the Anchorage Federal Building (AFB). . This solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued IAW FAR Parts 36 and 13. Award resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the responsive and responsible offeror. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposal meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for non-cost factors; Price Proposal and Technical Proposal required. FAR 52.219-6 This RFP is set aside 100% for small business concerns. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Solicitation package posted includes: Solicitation document (includes SF1442, Agreement document, and Solicitation document), US WDOL Construction Wage Determination, Scope of Work (SOW) and documents referenced in the SOW, and SBU & Fitness Determination Policy and Procedures document. Site Visit: One Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 24, 2019 at 9:00 AM Alaska Time, at the Anchorage, Alaska Federal Building. To attend the site visit, attendees must send an email to the Contract Specialist (rebecca.graham@gsa.gov) by 11 AM Alaska Time, on Friday April 19, 2019 with names, emails, and business affiliation of all attendees representing their company. FAR 52.204-7 An Offeror is required to be registered in SAM.gov when submitting an offer, and shall continue to be registered until time of award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from thissolicitation. FAR 52.228-1 Bid Guarantee is not applicable to this solicitation. FAR 52.228-13 Alternative Payment Protections is applicable to this solicitation. Current Davis-Bacon Wage Determination Is Applicable and attached to this solicitation: DOL Davis-Bacon wage rates posted at time of award will be applicable to the awarded task order. Wage determinations can be found at http://www.wdol.gov/dba.aspx Liquidated Damages are not applicable to the contract resulting from this solicitation. Proposal packets shall be submitted addressed to the Contract Specialist, Rebecca Graham, at rebecca.graham@gsa.gov on or before the time and date listed in block 13 of the SF1442.
