Solicitation No.: 47PL0119R0019 FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside GSA has a requirment for three (3) small construction projects in the Fairbanks, Alaska Federal Building. Each project will be evaluated and awarded separately. Awards resulting from this solicitation will be Firm-Fixed-Price purchase orders. FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for each project is less than $25,000.00 Solicitation package posted includes: SF1442, Solicitation document, Agreement document, US WDOL Construction Wage Determination, Scope of Work (SOW) for each project including associated attachments, and SBU & Fitness Determination Policy and Procudures document. NOTE: Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) documents, as referenced in the SOW Attachments, can be obtained from the Contract Specialist. See item III N (7) pages 17 - 19 of the Agreementsdocument. To request SBU document(s), Offerors must submit a written request (via email) to the Contract Specialist addressed to rebecca.graham@gsa.gov. The request must include the Offeror's DUNs number and Offer must be actively registered in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM.gov) data base. The Offeror's request for SBU must include a statement that they have read and understand the Agreement Section III N, Paragragh 7, titled "Safegaurding and Dissemination of Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) Building Information" and will comply with the SBU requirements as indicated in the Agreement. Site Visit: One Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday April 23, 2019 at 10:30 AM Alaska Time, at the Fairbanks, Alaska Federal Building. To attend the site visit, attendees must send an email to the Contract Specialist (rebecca.graham@gsa.gov) by 11 AM Alaska Time, on Friday April 19, 2019 with names, emails, and business affiliation of all attendees representing their company. Questions: Questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent via email to the Contract Specialist (rebecca.graham@gsa.gov).
