This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside only under NAICS 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. All work under this contract will be performed at Federal Office Building, 909 1st Ave, Seattle, WA 98104. A Site Visit will be conducted on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10AM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time). Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Thursday, August 1, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time), and completing contract performance is 60 calendar days after Contract Award.
