The General Services Administration (GSA) is issuing a SOLICITATION NOTICE for a Request for Quotation (RFQ) firm fixed price construction contract for Dalton Cache LPOE (Land Port of Entry) Security Upgrades project. See attached Solicitation including Statement of Work and Elevations for details. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Total Small Business Set Aside only under NAICS 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction (Size Standard $36.5 Million). The magnitude of construction is estimated to be less than $25,000.00. All work under this contract will be performed at Dalton Cache Land Port of Entry (LPOE), Mile 42 Haines Highway Haines, AK 99827. A Site Visit will be conducted by appointment only. Further Site Visit information is available in the solicitation. The closing date and time for receipt of quotes is Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at 1 PM (Pacific Daylight Saving Time), and completing contract performance is 45 calendar days after Contract Award.
